After more than 13 years in entrepreneurship and working with other tech companies, now he is leading RebelVentures into becoming a unique investment and technology partner, for the next wave of startups that innovate and make this world a better place.

With a strong entrepreneurial mindset, he co-founded steepsoft.ai, a company at the forefront of developing innovative solutions with cloud-based AI/ML technologies. It serves tens of thousands of users and handles over 3 million daily requests. steepsoft focuses on AI-first software development, designing and engineering AI solutions that optimize operations, enhance revenue generation, and drive efficiency, elevating businesses to new success levels. Beyond steepsoft.ai, Vadim and his team have significantly contributed to the AI innovations and strategies of MultiverseX, the Romanian Unicorn, marking a notable impact in the tech industry. His expertise in rapidly bringing advanced products to market, combined with his experience at companies like Siemens and Audi developing Computer Vision algorithms, Deep Learning models, and AI cost estimation solutions, positions Vadim as a leader capable of identifying technological opportunities and guiding high-growth startups.

Tudor Ciuleanu is the Founder and CEO of RebelDot, a company that specializes in designing and building digital products for its customers. In addition to leading RebelDot, he also founded Rebel Ventures, a company that supports and invests in early-stage startups. Tudor Ciuleanu has dedicated recent years to identifying and aiding both international and local startups, helping them accelerate their growth as an investor.
